You give us no card details. The subscription is taken out like any other app: through your App Store or Google Play account, with the payment method already registered there. We never see your card, we cannot charge you, and cancelling happens on their side — in two gestures, without writing to us.

We re-read the box office of the concert you are watching every thirty seconds, without interruption, and the notification leaves the instant a seat returns.

How full the house is
“Sold out” and “four seats left in the second balcony” are two different pieces of information, and only one of them makes you reach for your coat. On every concert, La Loge shows the exact count of remaining seats, category by category, as the box office publishes it.

The whole season ahead
The catalogue, the concert pages and the box-office links have no horizon: the whole season can be browsed and booked without paying anything. What stops at the next thirty days without a subscription is adding a night to your personal programme — the evening noted in My Season. Yet hall subscriptions are taken in spring for the autumn, and the great evenings are claimed a year ahead. La Loge lifts that limit: tonight you can note next June.

What do you lose by not subscribing?
Nothing that makes the app what it is. The whole catalogue, cross-search, concert pages with their programmes and casts, offline tickets, favourites, artist notifications: all of it is free and will stay so. La Loge lifts limits — seat watching, the remaining-seat count, the thirty-day horizon of the personal programme, the calendar, the history.
One precision about that thirty-day horizon, because it matters: it limits neither browsing nor buying. A concert next June can be read in full today — programme, cast, hall — and its box-office link works, with no subscription and no account. What stops at thirty days is only noting it in My Season, your personal programme. So you never miss a seat; you simply keep your diary to thirty days rather than to the year.
Do you sell tickets?
No, never. Mon Auditorium is neither a box office nor a reseller: every page links to the hall’s official box office, at its price, with no commission and no added fees. La Loge’s alert tells you a seat exists; the hall is the one that sells it to you.
How does the availability alert work?
You watch a concert shown as sold out. Our service re-reads that concert’s box office every thirty seconds and compares the number of available seats with the previous reading. The moment it rises, the notification goes out. Not every hall publishes its availability the same way: the app tells you on the page whether watching is open for that concert.
How much does it cost?
The founding offer is €24.99 for the first year, then €39.99 a year — €2.08 a month. A monthly plan is also available, with no commitment. The founding offer is open to new members until 31 December 2026, and the price shown in the app is the one that applies.
How do I cancel?
From your App Store or Google Play account, in two gestures, at any time. The subscription runs to the end of the period already paid for, then stops. We deliberately have no way of holding on to you: Mon Auditorium processes no payment and can therefore neither charge nor cancel on your behalf.
Do I need an account to subscribe?
Yes, a registered account — with an email address, or through Apple or Google. The app lets you explore everything without an account, but a subscription bought under a throwaway identity would be lost at the first reinstall, and we would rather spare you that.
