1. Publisher of the site and the app

The mon-auditorium.fr website and the “Mon Auditorium” application (identifier fr.platinumlabs.auditorium) are published by a sole trader registered under the French micro-entrepreneur regime, trading as Mon Auditorium.

2. Hosting

Website: IONOS SARL, 7 place de la Gare, BP 70109, 57200 Sarreguemines Cedex, France.

Application services: the app’s data (accounts, catalogue, content) is hosted and processed by Supabase Inc. (database and authentication). The application programming interface is hosted on a server located in the European Union. Push notifications are delivered through OneSignal, Inc., transactional emails through Resend, Inc., and the technical management of subscriptions through RevenueCat, Inc.

3. Mobile apps and subscription

The “Mon Auditorium” app is distributed on the App Store (Apple Inc.) and on Google Play (Google LLC), subject to each platform’s own terms of use.

The optional “La Loge” subscription is sold through those same platforms, which handle payment, renewal and cancellation. The applicable conditions appear in article 5 of the terms of use.

4. Intellectual property

All elements making up the site and the app (text, structure, logo, visual identity, database) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is prohibited and may constitute infringement within the meaning of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Programme data

Editorial content about concerts, artists, composers, works and halls comes from public and official sources, consolidated and enriched by us. Some notes are prepared with the help of automated assistance tools, then reviewed by a person before publication; an entry not yet reviewed is flagged as such in our internal tools.

The names, images and logos of the institutions and artists mentioned remain the property of their respective owners. Their commercial reuse without prior agreement is prohibited.

5. Hyperlinks and liability

The site and the app contain links to third-party sites (box offices, institutions’ websites). These links are provided for information; Mon Auditorium cannot be held responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Mon Auditorium makes every effort to keep the information published accurate and up to date (programme, times, cast), without being able to guarantee its completeness or the absence of error — institutions may change their programme without notice. It is for the user to check essential information directly with the hall or the official box office before travelling. A “Report an error” button is available on every page.

6. Accessibility

We aim to make the Service legible to as many people as possible: two text sizes, a reinforced-contrast mode, accessibility labels on the app’s controls, and a website usable from the keyboard.

No formal accessibility conformance statement is published at this stage. If you meet a difficulty reaching a piece of information or a feature, write to us at contact at mon-auditorium.fr: we will handle the report and reply to you.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in detail in our privacy policy, and the conditions of use of the Service in our terms of use.

8. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute concerning its interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
